For developers and agencies

You sold it. We look after it.

A developer finishes a building and inherits thirty aftercare relationships. An agency wins a managed portfolio and inherits every boiler in it. We are the ground team behind you — the same people, the same standards, working under your name to your client.

For developers

You have finished the building and sold the units. Now twenty buyers who live abroad need keys, meter readings, utility accounts in their names, a snagging list and someone to call for a year. That is not a sales job, and it is what turns a good handover into a bad review. We take it, unit by unit.

For agencies

You hold the client. We do the driving. Key holding, access, trades, inspections and reports — introduced by you, carried out in our name, so your owner always knows exactly who is at their door. You keep the relationship and stop losing weekends to other people’s plumbing. One rate per portfolio, agreed after a call.

The four cases

Cases A–D

You are handing over units to buyers who live abroad

The building is finished. Twenty of your buyers are not in Cyprus, and every one of them needs keys, meter readings, utility accounts and a snagging list. Your sales team has become an aftercare department.

We take the handover unit by unit. Inspect against specification, record the snagging list, act for the buyer or meet them at the door, put water and electricity in their name, hand over the keys and photograph every meter. One report per unit, in the buyer’s language.

What you do You keep selling.

The warranty year

For twelve months after handover every dripping tap is still your problem, and each call reaches you from a different time zone at a different hour.

We take the calls and attend the property. We decide on the spot whether it is a warranty item or ordinary wear, and pass you only the ones that are genuinely yours — with photographs and a description your site manager can act on.

What you do You fix what is actually yours, once.

Your agency manages it, we do the ground work

Your client’s tenant calls you at seven on a Sunday about a boiler. You are an agency, not a maintenance company, and this is how managed portfolios are lost.

We are the ground team behind you — key holding, access, trades, inspections and photo reports. You introduce us, we work in our own name, and your client always knows who is at the door. You stay the relationship. We do the driving.

What you do You keep the client.

A buyer has just completed and flies home on Sunday

You sold the apartment. The buyer is delighted, lives in another country, and asks you who is going to look after it.

We take it from the day of completion — utilities, keys, the first inspection, and a monthly report the buyer can read from anywhere. You introduced them, and they thank you for it every month.

What you do You make one introduction.
