Controller: Terra Aeternum Ltd, Ermou 32, 6023 Larnaca, Cyprus — info@terraaeternum.com.

What we process and why: this website asks for an enquiry and nothing more. Through the consultation form we process what you enter — the role you select, your name, your email address, an optional phone number, the town or area of the property, how many properties you have, the needs you tick and your free-text notes. Through the contact form we process your name, your email address, the interest you select and your message. In both cases our server also records the date and time, the language of the page and your IP address. We use all of this solely to answer you and to prepare the consultation. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps taken at your request before a contract); and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in securing the site and preventing abuse — the IP address is used to rate-limit the forms).

What this website does not do: we do not ask for identity documents, proof of ownership, a billing address, a VAT number or payment details here, there is nothing to upload, and no payment is taken on this site.

Hosting and email: the website and its form endpoints run on servers of our hosting provider STRATO in Germany (EU). Your enquiry is stored there in a directory outside the public web root, is sent to us by email and is confirmed back to you by email through the same provider’s mail server.

WhatsApp notification: so that an enquiry is not left unread, a short alert is sent to our own business number when a consultation request arrives. The alert contains only the role you selected, your name, the town or area you gave and your reference number — never your message, your email address or your phone number. It is delivered through the WhatsApp Business Cloud API operated by Meta, which processes the alert on that route.

Fonts, cookies and tracking: all typefaces are hosted on our own server. This site loads no fonts, scripts, images or other content from third-party servers, sets no cookies, and uses no analytics, tracking or advertising tools.

Retention: we keep your enquiry for as long as we need it to deal with your request and, where a service follows, for the statutory retention and limitation periods under Cyprus law. Enquiries that lead to no engagement are deleted once they are no longer needed.

Your rights: under the GDPR you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and you may object to processing. You may also lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority — in Cyprus, the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection (dataprotection.gov.cy). To exercise any right, contact us through the form or at info@terraaeternum.com.
